After an unprecedented increase in demand for puppies for the first 18 months of the pandemic, we are now experiencing a dramatic slowdown. As such, we will take several months break at the beginning of 2023 and have our first litter in the spring or summer. If you are interested in a puppy in 2023, you can always join our waiting list for the next available litter.
To join the waiting list, you must submit an application form followed by a non-refundable $100 pre-deposit. The pre-deposit is to help manage the issue of people joining multiple waiting lists and not informing us if/when they obtain a puppy elsewhere, and to help compensate us for the time required to administer the list and process applications.
We also are always looking for families to become Guardians for our breeding dogs (mostly female). To become a Guardian, you must live in or near central or western Ottawa and be willing to work with us for several years as we breed the dog until she retires after three or four litters.
